1. Very short of PPE in all units, but especially in 4Q ICU. 2. Employees reuse PPE but putting it in bags and hanging in the bathroom in 4Q ICU. 3. Patients that have coronavirus are not in negative air pressure rooms especially on unit floors and ICU, including 4Q. 3. No sanitizing wipes. Employees are using a cleaning solution from housekeeping to wipe down the area. 4. Employees discovered that they had to add water to the solution (Virex) because it burns through gloves. 5.
