Three hours into the shift, employees were called into a meeting where they informed them that an employee on the 1st Shift and an employee on 2nd Shift were found positive for COVID-19. They allowed employees to continue to work and did not inform employees promptly. They allowed employees to touch common surfaces. They do not consistently clean the RFID guns that employees frequently use. They had the facility cleaned, but they did not thoroughly clean the facility.
