1 There is a significant number of positive COVID-19 cases at the facility and employees have been continuously told to continue to report to work. The workplace, where there are approximately 700 employees, has refused to allow multiple departments to work from home although our functions can be fully performed remotely, such as Program Management, Sale, Purchasing, and Finance. 2 Employees have been advised that if there is a positive case in your home that we are still to report to work. 3 There is no allowance for self-quarantine even after contact tracing, and may be off without pay. 4 The company has been forcing all salaried employees to report to the office full-time since October 2020, despite the Executive Order that states if an employee can perform his/her function from home those employees are to work from home.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-13
