a) Employees are exposed to COVID19 with no guidance. b) Staff work in pods of people such as nurses, MSAs and providers. The pods have between 12 and 20 people each. c) TWO employees tested positive for COVID19 and only those in immediate area (same pod) have been tested. The pods have not been disinfected. Only close employees have been tested even though everyone works within close distance of each other. d) Management provides no guidance and instead leaves it to Occupational Health to determine what is best. All that management says is "wear a mask and wash your hands" e) Patients are instructed to isolate, not to come in the building, and the rooms are fully cleaned after their visit. However, when it's an employee, it's a different story, only some get special treatment (testing, teleworking, etc). The rest are told to come to work.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-20
