1. No one is doing temperature checks on employees everyday. 2. The employer is not properly using sanitation guidelines, and common areas are not sanitized. Bathrooms are only getting cleaned once a day. 3. Servers are removing their masks in the back of house, and they are allowing people in without masks. The manager has said that servers aren't allowed to ask people to wear masks or refuse service to them if they are not wearing a mask.
