1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to the employer providing the employees with disinfectant for cleaning high touch surfaces. The disinfectant is being kept in the manager's office, and if the manager is out the disinfectant is not readily available to the employees for cleaning high touch surfaces.
