Cook Hall, Presidio of Monterrey: A current faculty member tested positive for Covid-19 recently. Her office mates, who had direct contact with her, were required to come into office the next day instead of working remotely until Covid-19 tests were given to determine if they were infected or not. These employees should have worked remotely and contact tracing should have been performed. The employer was aware of the positive Covid-19 case and did not follow their Covid-19 infection prevention plan thereby exposing faculty and students to the health hazards associated with Covid-19 infection.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-10-05
