1) Employees are potentially exposed to COVID19 because employees are allowed to work while displaying symptoms related to COVID19 and there is no controls in place to prevent employee exposures. Masks are required but are not worn correctly over both nose and mouth. Employee(s) who have been exposed to individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 were not screened and were allowed to come to work. Employee(s) who have symptoms of COVID-19 were not screened, were allowed to come to work and were not sent home. Physical distancing is not practiced and employees are allowed to work within 6- of each other.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 2
