Management is not taking the Covid-19 guidelines seriously. Barriers have not been installed to protect employees from possible Covid-19 exposure when working with customers. Social distancing guidelines are not being followed. The Covid-19 mask rule is not being followed or enforced by Management. Employees that have been exposed to Covid-19 are being forced to work, when they should be in quarantine. Hand washing stations are not functioning properly. Employees are required to use the commercial grade mixer in the kitchen, even though it is in need of repair and is leaking oil. WESTSIDE PIZZA 1420 Sumner Ave Aberdeen, WA 98520-4712

I have been receiving packages from Fullfillment House, 192 14 Northern Blvd, Flyshing NY 11358 that I did NOT order. They come about every two weeks without an order form, receipt, or description, or even a bill. Inside white envelopes are containers of Keto Pure or Daily Detox
