Alleged Hazard(s): 1. My manager required EE to come to work after they informed on 12/12/2020 that EE was exposed to COVID from an EE and wasn't planning to go into work. EE was only off two days. On 12/15/2020, EE informed my manager that they EE was still sick and again made EE show up for shift. EE took the COVID-19 test resulting in COVID positive. 2. Employer did not follow the health department protocol of closing the store to sanitize.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
