1. A manager does not wear their face covering properly over their mouth and nose, potentially exposing employees to COVID-19. 2. A manager has continued to require employees that test positive for COVID-19 to come into work. Additionally, the manager required a symptomatic employee that had recently been exposed to COVID-19 to come into work and discouraged the employee from testing for COVID-19, potentially exposing other employees to COVID-19.
