1. Harper Hospital is not safe and is hazardous, that is operated by Crothall Healthcare, in the EVS department. Crothall Healthcare has a serious problem with keeping supplies, rags, mops, trash bags, chemicals, etc. February 2021 up to now October 2021 has been and is still an ongoing problem with keeping supplies. EVS department is to keep the facility clean, and safe from hazards at Harper Hospital.
