(1) Employees are potentially exposed to safety hazards related to walking/working surfaces. It was reported that construction in the building resulted in a floor hole in front of the bathroom, leading to an employee trip hazard. Contrary to 29 CFR 1926.501. (2) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with sewer gas odors in the workplace. It was reported that employees have experienced adverse health symptoms, such as nausea and headaches, and the employer has not taken measures to evaluate or mitigate the issue. Contrary 29 CFR 1910.1000. (3) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that employee who have tested positive are not required to isolate for at least 10 days, and there is not appropriate disinfection in the positive worker's area. Additionally, it was reported that employees in close contact with positive cases are not required to quarantine. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 25
