1. T8 CCR § 3203(c)(1) - Management not engaging employees in COVID protocol Discussions. 2. T8 CCR § 3203(c)(2) - Covid-19 response resulted in blocking entrance with a Drop Box. Social distancing of desks physically at 6 feet in practice, not social distancing in some areas of the office open floor plan, especially at office entrance. Office opens to outside traffic with no Covid protocols in place to ensure workers safety from outside sources. 3. T8 CCR § 3203(c)(6) - Close proximity computer training with same equipment and supplies being shared. 4. T8 CCR § 3203(c)(7) - Facemasks only mandated when moving in the office and protocols for COVID protection being ignored more and more.
