Fire extinguishers are not readily accessible due to them being blocked. Applicable OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.157 4. Employees passing under Powered industrial Vehicles (order pickers, Scissor lift, Reach truck) loaded and unloaded exposing them to be struck by hazards. Applicable OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.178 5.The employer fails to ensure workers are practicing social distancing as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), thereby potentially exposing employees to COVID-19.
