1. There is no first aid kit of any kind in the restaurant. There are only bandages on the line, but there is no burn ointment, gauze, finger cots or antiseptic wipes. 2. Employees are only provided with a pair of grill gloves for carrying grease and emptying, disposing and filtering of the grease. No fry apron is provided to protect the torso from splashing grease. No face shield is provided to protect the face and eyes from splashing grease either. 3. An employee, the head chef, wears their face mask around the neck instead of covering the nose and mouth, which could expose other employees to COVID-19. 4. The flat top/grill has a broken leg and is being held up with a piece of wood. There is concern that the grill could fall and injure employees when cleaning around it.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-05-24
