T8CCR 3205(c)(8(C)(1) Employer not identifying and regularly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects. T8CCR (c)(8)(C)(3) Employer not cleaning and disinfecting areas, material and equipment used by a Covid-19 case during the high-risk exposure period. T8CCR 3205.4(e) Employer not ensuring that all high contact surfaces (door handles, seatbelt buckles, armrest, etc.) used by passengers are cleaned and disinfected before each trip or that all high-contact surfaces used by drivers, such as the steering wheel, armrests, seatbelt buckles, door handles and shifter, shall be cleaned and disinfected between different drivers. T8CCR 3205(c)(11) Employees allowed to come back to work without being cleared and Covid free.
