1. Workplace does not have an established COVID-19 assessment and control plan; no mask enforcement for Meat dept; No social distancing. Management did not inform employees of an employee that tested positive COVID-19 in the workplace. [General Duty 5(a)(1)] 2. Metal flooring of meat freezer entrance is elevated and presents a tripping hazard. Cardboard bailer runs while door is open; no safety shut off switch [General Duty 5(a)(1)] 4. Electrical box is not secured to cardboard bailer. 1910.303 5.
