The restaurant has only been cleaned ONCE after an outbreak a year ago. Four 4 employees have called in saying they've been exposed to COVID since March 31, 21. They have provided POSITIVE COVID tests, yet Watermark has not cleaned at all. The management consistently allows more than 6 people at a table. Club members will come into the restaurant the day they return from traveling, not quarantine, and not get tested, and management consistently looks the other way.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-13
