T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(B) - No COVID-19 re-screen process implemented at entry to work location. T8CCR 3205(c)(7)(B) - I don't feel areas are properly or consistently sanitized during the 3rd shift. T8CCR 3205(c)(1)(C) - 2-3 employees during the night shift (3rd) had tested positive over an approximate month time period. We were notified via email. But there were no follow up actions. No testing required. We were not told testing would be provided free of charge.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 20
