Complainant alleges employer is not following the fit testing requirement of the standard (29 CFR 1910.134 Appendix A - 1. The test subject shall be allowed to pick the most acceptable respirator from a sufficient number of respirator models and sizes so that the respirator is acceptable to, and correctly fits, the user). Complaint also alleges respirators are not stored in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i). Complaint further alleges respirators are not cleaned and sanitized in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1).
