1. The employer failed to maintain and operate the HVAC system during working hours in the kitchen area of the Nutrition Services Department. T8 CCR 5142(a). 2. The employer did not ensure employees can maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between each other while working in the Nutrition Services Department. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6). 3. The employer did not ensure that materials were stacked in such that they didn't present a falling, tripping or collapsing hazard in the kitchen and freezers of the Nutrition Services Department. T8 CCR 3241(c).
