Our agency removed the mask mandates although we are a healthcare facility that provides outpatient therapy and thus are considered an ambulatory healthcare facility. I brought the guidance at www.osha.gov/coronavirus/ets to my employers attention and even though not all employees and clients are screened upon entry and not all employees are vaccinated, they insist we are in compliance by removing mask mandates.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-07-01
