1. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(2)(D)(2) - Employer does not provide temperature and/or symptom screenings for all workers at the beginning of their shift and any vendors, contractors or others entering the establishment. Employees concerned with potential exposure to COVID-19 in the workplace. 2. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(6) - Employer not enforcing physical distancing protocol in the workplace. 3. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(7)(E)(3) and § 5144(f) - Employer has failed to adhere to the 8/6/20 Cal/OSHA guidance which specifies that fit testing should be done whenever respirators are required, model of respirator is changed, and annually afterwards. 4. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(C)(1) - Employer is not enforcing cleaning and disinfecting protocols in the workplace. Employer is not following the Department Regional Office Memorandum (ROM) issued on 6/10/20: The department will continue to work with all our building managers throughout the State to ensure the increased cleaning and disinfecting common areas and high-touch surfaces such as countertops, doorknobs, and bathroom fixtures continue. Disinfectant will be available in common areas on each floor for use throughout the day as needed." 5. T8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(D) - Employer is not following the Department Regional Office Memorandum (ROM) issued on 6/10/20: "Touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers are being procured for all offices."
