1. The masking policy is not in compliance with state and local health laws. Comcast has refused to give technicians the discretion to not interact with customers who refuse to wear masks indoors. They will only require their customers to 10 feet socially distance indoors which is regularly pushed back by large numbers of anti-maskers. CDC guidance states anyone from 2 different homes should be masked when indoors and the number one cause of COVID spread is "Living room spread". Technician's service 5-9 homes a day. Supervisors don't support staff and push back to say it's their fault by not interacting with the customers effectively. 3. Employees are told they cannot require a customer to wear a mask indoors. However it's no different than some of the other policies which require them to clean a workspace or put dogs away.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-02-12
