Extremely hot temperatures in the building, specifically on Memorial 4 (4th floor). This is affecting both employees and patients, anywhere from 30-40 people at any given time. Temperatures have reached close to 85 degrees inside, with respiratory and COVID positive patients on the unit. The air quality is not safe. Employees have to work with lights off and fans blowing. Poor drinking water. There is an odor coming from the fountains that employees are being forced to give to patients to drink, instead of providing safe, clean drinking water.
