The General Manager was allowed to return to work after returning from a vacation with no testing in advance of his return to work date. He interacted with customers, sales personnel service personnel and all areas of the facility. Customers allowed into the facility even after his return and after the Governor's order to shelter in place and violated the social distancing guidelines. Employees forced into situations where they could not have a safe distance between the customer and themselves (IE into customers RV's) where there is not 6ft of space available. Employees requesting vacation time for stating they were/are uncomfortable were laid-off.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-03-28
