1. Employees are concerned more than one employee has tested positive for COVID-19, however management are not notifying employees in a timely manner. 2. The employer is not following CDC guidelines when workers test positive for COVID-19 by allowing that employee to remain at the site, therefore, exposing other workers to COVID-19 hazards. 3.
