1. The employer exposes employees to COVID-19 by not following CDC guidelines for COVID-19 for social distancing and screening employees for signs and symptoms before working in the facility. Employees are exposed to slip, trips, and falls throughout the facility from water accumulation on the floor from roof leaks when it rains. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.22 3. Employees are exposed to electric shock from water leaking on electrical equipment throughout the facility from roof leaks when it rains. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.305 4. Employees accessing the walk-in cooler are exposed to struck-by hazards from the ceiling caving due from water damage from roof leaks.
