Employees were exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. A number of employees in the building tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, and/or were diagnosed with the infection; 2. Some employees with symptoms were not prevented from coming to work; 3. Some employees had to continue to work with clients in person, and masks were not provided to give to clients who did not have their own; 4. Gloves were not provided; 5. Screening of employees, for example temperature checks and/or symptom questionnaires, were not conducted; 6.
