1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days. Ove half of the office has been exposed to COVID-19, but only a small portion of employees have been allowed to quarantine while others continue to show symptoms while at work. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Surfaces are not cleaned after an employee has tested positive for COVID-19, potentially exposing other employees to COVID-19.
