1. A written hazard communication program has not been developed and implement for employees handling Round Up in Public Works. 2. Employees are not provided with adequate rain gear to include water resistant boots in Public Works. They have been issued ponchos. However, the ponchos and the current foot gear does not offer enough protection to keep the employees dry.
