At Circle K Store #6152, located at 1092 McDuff Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida: the employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), specifically, the employer is not complying with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidance for Businesses and Employers Responding to Coronavirus Disease 2019, in that the employer is allowing employees who have been exposed to the virus from others, to return to work before the recommended Quarantine period of 14 days (or "shortened quarantine options" of 7 or 10 days) have been completed after the employee's last contact with a person who has COVID-19. 3. At Circle K Store #6152, located at 1092 McDuff Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida: The employer is exposing employees to health hazards, in that the store's toilet facility is not operational and the overflow of sewage is endangering the health of employees.
