1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to quarantining employees who have tested positive for COVID-19. When employees test positive for COVID-19 they are required to return to work after 10 days regardless of if they are still testing positive for COVID-19. Employees who test positive on or after the 10th day are instructed by their direct manager to contact Human Resources to confirm the appropriate return to work and Human Resources advises employees just to come to work and refrain from taking any more COVID-19 tests stating that it may be a false positive so employees should no longer get tested.
