1 Employees are not keeping social distancing - such as while standing in line at the start of shift and at the temperature checking station. 2. Employees have returned to work before completing their at home quarantine. 3. Face masks are available but are not always worn. 4. Some of the commonly touched surfaces such as cart handles are not disinfected between users. 5. There is not enough time for employees to do assigned cleaning. 6.
