1) Employees are exposed to covid-19 hazards in that the use of masks and social distancing is not enforced on the work floor or in the offices. 2) Employees are exposed to hazards such as, but not limited to, falling heavy objects, sharp metal, and flying metal chips without the employer providing and enforcing the use of PPE. 3) Employees who operate cranes in the shop have not been trained on how to operate them, exposing other employees to struck-by hazards.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 10
