1. The employer is not complying with the Clark County Local Mitigation and Enforcement Plan with regards to employees working indoors without face coverings. Employees regularly are allowed to remove masks while working with children that have been exposed to Covid-19. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. Classrooms are not cleaned after use by students, resulting in positive Covid-19 cases for children and employees. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days. Several employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and continued working while showing symptoms. The employer will allow them to continue working while results are pending.
