Hazard Description: Coworker tested positive Monday the president just sent a memo Thursday stating if we were in close contact to quarantine. Management has still not given directives of taking a COVID test or quarantining. Management never informed employees of close contact - employee did. Her station wasn't sanitized until 48 hours later . This is in our 3rd floor HR department Hazard Location: 3rd floor - HR and recruiting - CTA 567W Lake St. Chicago, IL IL OSHA requests your response to the allegations.
