1. The office staff is equipped and able to work from home but are not allowed. Employees have asked about working from home but have never received a reasonable reply. The employer is not following MIOSHA rules having employees work from home when they are able to do so. 2. There is a COVID outbreak in the office. 3. Employees are being required to use their PTO when quarantining or isolating.
