T8CCR 342(a) A material truck driver from CEMEX passed away due to Covid-19 in the 2nd week of January 2021, and the company did not notify anyone. In the Redlands and Perris plant, several drivers have tested positive for Covid-19. T8CCR 3205(c)(6) The company sends driver trainers to train new employees in the same truck not practicing social distancing. There are 2 people confirmed in a truck with only a plastic barrier between them breathing the same air circulating through the air conditioner. T8CCR 3205(c)(4) Correction of COVID-19 hazards. Employers shall implement effective policies and/or procedures for correcting unsafe or unhealthy conditions. T8CCR 3205(c)(7)(A) Masks not worn during training.
