1) Workers are exposed to COVID-19. The employer requires workers who have been in contact with individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19 to work prior to quarantine or receiving a negative COVID-19 test 2) Workers are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not enforce social/physical distancing due to not adequately limiting indoor capacity and managing lines in both dining and carryout areas as recommended by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines. 3) Workers are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not enforce a face covering policy where social distancing is not possible in areas other than the dining room/bar as recommended by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Guidelines.
