The employer is not implementing precautions to protect employees from contracting and spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace: a)The wearing of face masks/covering is not required or enforced for employees working in customer facing positions or performing job tasks within six feet of others. b) Employees were not notified when exposed to positive COVID cases in the workplace. c) An effective cleaning and disinfecting protocol has not been implemented for the establishment.
