Clinicians going in to homes are being encouraged to ONLY wear PPE if patient is showing symptoms OR if the clinician has had a possible exposure to COVID19. Clinicians are in 6-9 homes a day with a great possibility of spreading this to multiple sites in one day. There's only one clinician fit tested for an N95 mask in above stated office and what they consider PPE to wear for patients with possible symptoms are gloves and regular mask only. They're also telling them to wear mask with multiple patients before using a new one.
