1. Employees are not provided with face masks/face coverings. Additionally, no company policy, procedures and/or instructions have not been developed and implemented along with employee training to prevent exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19). 2. Social distance policies including risk assessment procedures have not been developed and implemented related to COVID-19. No social distancing of six feet during Friday or Saturday nights, especially in the bar area. 3. The employer is not enforcing the use of facemask and face covering during all working hours. Owner walks around the restaurant with no mask and Kitchen staff are permitted to work with no mask .Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 15
