T8CCR 5006.1(a)- There is no set standard training; employees strictly learn as they go and a certificate is not needed when operating cranes holding loads up to 20000 lbs. T8CCR 3273(a)- There are lots of slipping hazards due to oily floors that aren't cleaned daily. Inside the building in between the wash where the maintenance people work is highly unsafe with no proper housekeeping, oil is everywhere causing a major slip and fire hazards without the amount of oil everywhere.
