T8 CCR § 3380 and 3384 - Employees have been denied Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as disposable gloves during the pandemic period by Employer. Every time that janitors request gloves in order for them to perform their work to clean offices, bathroom, breakrooms or any areas that have been exposed to COVID-19 virus, the Employer tells them that they could not supply the gloves to them for the reason they could not find any or they just simply tell them no.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 7
