There is failure to enforce social distancing in this time of coronavirus. Not just among sub contractors on site, but representatives of Calhoun as well. They are the ones that are supposed to enforce the guidelines for our safety and they don't follow it or lead by example. Employee does NOT feel safe out there, and with construction being deemed "essential", the employee has no choice but to work or quit and not be able to pay bills.
