1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards associated with COVID-19. It was reported that customer mask use is not enforced in the store, and some managers consistently fail to wear face coverings. It was also reported that social distancing and mask use is not enforced during the daily morning meeting, with 20-30 people in close contact in one room. Allegedly, the employer does not perform pre-work health screenings for employees, a targeted deep clean is not performed after a positive case, and employees have not received training regarding COVID-19 protocols. Contrary to 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act.
