1. The employer is not practicing social distancing. 2. Employees are concerned for their safety while inside the HR office area, due to the door being locked. Employees are not able to exit the area until another employee opens the door. There is a concern about emergency evacuations and the inability to exit the facility in a timely manner. 3.. There are eyewash stations which are caged in by chemicals and employees are unable to access them in an emergency. 4.
