1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Employees are discouraged from enforcing the face covering mandate on customers. Employees are concerned that they will be exposed to the COVID-19 virus because customers are not required to wear face coverings.
